Code of Conduct
Lebanese in AI exists to help people learn, contribute, and build useful relationships. Everyone participating in our spaces is expected to help make them respectful, welcoming, and constructive.
What we expect
- Treat people with respect, including when you disagree.
- Make room for different backgrounds, career stages, and perspectives.
- Give credit for other people’s ideas and work.
- Keep private conversations and personal information private.
- Offer feedback that is specific, useful, and directed at the work.
What is not acceptable
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, personal attacks, unwanted attention, deliberate disruption, and sharing private information without permission are not acceptable in community spaces.
Raising a concern
The final confidential reporting route and moderator contacts will be added here after community review. Until then, contact an organizer privately in Slack.
This is a working draft and should be approved by the community organizers before it is treated as the final policy.
